Scuff – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Scuff. By accessing or purchasing from our website www.scuffnz.com (“Site”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Site or placing an order.

Scuff (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a New Zealand-owned business that sells outdoor and lifestyle products, including turf mats and accessories. By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen differences and natural materials. All products are subject to
availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time
without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (15%) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at checkout using approved payment methods listed on our Site. We reserve the right to update prices or correct any pricing errors without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, Scuff is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses that result in returned or lost packages may incur additional charges.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Scuff products. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hello@scuffnz.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted for unused items in original packaging, unless the item is defective. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including logos, images, designs, and text—is the property of Scuff or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Site without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Scuff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
